The non-conference part of West Virginia's schedule is finished and the Mountaineers did what they were supposed to do — go 3-0.

WVU's 31-21 victory over Maryland Saturday was uninspiring, but it's a win and Dana Holgorsen & Co. will take it. Now it's time to get ready for the first Big 12 game in Mountaineer history.

The Mountaineers will have their hands full with Baylor's offense, but the Bears' defense looks like it will struggle to contain Geno Smith, Tavon Austin and so on from WVU.
